This week has seen some good rain and storms at night that has spruced the fishing and crabbing. There has been some nice trevally through the Noosaville stretches tipping the scales around the 2 kilo mark. The rivermouth and Woods Bays have seen quality bream, flathead and whiting with live prawns and worms getting the best results. Reports of good quality flathead and whiting on the sand bars before the ferry crossing using hard body lures for the flathead. The entrance of the first Lake in the deep holes has also seen a lot of grunter bream. Forecast for the weekend looks pretty good with only the odd chance of a shower.
Until next week good luck from the boys at O Boats.
